With consumer interest climbing, the brand aims to extend its signature hospitality into the digital space while personalizing every guest interaction.

Recent industry data shows 78% of U.S. consumers are more likely to visit a restaurant where they can earn rewards, pushing brands to rethink digital engagement. Culver’s responded by designing Delicious Rewards from scratch, focusing squarely on what guests value most.

How Delicious Rewards Works

Culver’s members can now earn points every time they visit. Guests earn 10 points for every $1 spent once they link their account through the Culver’s app, website, or at checkout by scanning a membership code or sharing a phone number.

The platform creates a faster, more seamless experience. Members can easily revisit past orders, quickly access favorite menu items, and locate preferred restaurant locations. More importantly, restaurant teams can use member preferences to deliver more personalized service.
