TBWA\RAAD Appointed Dany Aouad as Managing Director for Saudi Arabia: TBWA\RAAD, part of the Omnicom Advertising Group, announced the appointment of Dany Aouad as Managing Director for Saudi Arabia.

The appointment, which took effect immediately, came at a time when the Kingdom was emerging as one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-evolving markets. With over 25 years of experience across the Middle East and North Africa, Aouad brought extensive expertise in advertising, communications, and brand-building. Prior to this role, he had served as General Manager at Impact BBDO Saudi Arabia since 2022, where he successfully established and expanded the agency’s operations in the Kingdom.

Group CEO Reda Raad had highlighted that Aouad’s leadership would be instrumental in driving the agency’s growth in the Kingdom. He noted that Aouad’s experience in digital transformation and his deep understanding of the Saudi market made him well-suited to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
In his remarks, Aouad had described Saudi Arabia as a market redefining possibilities in the region, emphasizing the potential for creative excellence and strategic innovation. Drawing on his professional journey across markets such as Dubai, Egypt, Lebanon, and Kuwait, he had expressed readiness to build on the agency’s existing foundation and further elevate its creative and strategic ambitions.
A native of Beirut, Aouad had begun his career in 1996 at Leo Burnett Dubai and later held senior leadership roles at Saatchi & Saatchi and Grey Worldwide. Over the years, he had also earned recognition as a prominent voice in the regional advertising industry and remained actively involved in social and economic initiatives, particularly supporting non-governmental organizations addressing key challenges in Lebanon. He held a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration from Concordia University, Canada.
