Founder, Publisher & Editor
TMA Worldwide was founded by Dr. Tausif Malik, a serial entrepreneur, publisher, advertising & marketing professional, and social impact strategist. He brings over two decades of expertise across India, UAE, Oman, and Kuwait.
In the late 1990s, Dr. Malik co-founded India’s first digital agency with India’s No.1 pop star Lucky Ali, pioneering the development of celebrity websites at a time when the digital medium was still new. He had created a recruitment advertising formats for IT companies, helping shape employer branding in India’s tech industry.
Beyond advertising, Dr. Malik’s ventures reflect his vision to merge media, community empowerment, and innovation. He established Press Club Oman (government-recognized) to promote media engagement, co-authored “Doing Business with Oman” published in the UK, and holds a doctorate (DBA) with his thesis on the Impact of Word of Mouth.
He is also the founder of RiseBack.org, a global edtech platform promoting affordable education and upskilling for underserved communities through income-sharing and sustainable funding models. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to building ecosystems for inclusive growth and digital opportunity — both in the Middle East and beyond.
