Commercial Tower in Dubai Named After Shah Rukh Khan Sold Out for over AED 2.1 Billion: Crore In a major real estate milestone,Danube Group has sold out its one-million-square-feet premium commercial tower named after Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, achieving over AED 2.1 Billion (₹5,000) crore in bookings. The strong investor demand underscores Dubai’s growing appetite for high-quality office space.

The commercial project, titled ‘SHAHRUKHZ by Danube’, is located on Sheikh Zayed Road. The announcement was made late Tuesday at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, where the Danube Group held its official event to declare the tower completely sold out.

Spanning over one million square feet of built-up area, unit prices started at Dh2 million, and the development will comprise 488 units. The 55-storey tower will rise on Sheikh Zayed Road and is set for completion in 2029.

The announcement event, attended by more than 7,000 people including real estate brokers, featured Shah Rukh Khan himself. Danube Group Founder and Chairman Rizwan Sajan confirmed that sales reached AED 2.1 billion, much higher than originally anticipated.

Khan expressed gratitude during the launch, stating, “To see a project of this scale in Dubai carry my name is both an honour and a reminder of how generosity and vision can come together. Dubai has always embraced me with warmth — it’s a city built on courage, imagination, and the belief that nothing is impossible.”

Last month, the 55-storey tower was officially launched for sale in Mumbai, also in the presence of Khan. Danube expects the project to be completed by 2029.

With the complete sell-out of the Shah Rukh Khan-branded tower, Danube Group has further solidified its place among Dubai’s leading property developers, while reinforcing the growing demand for premium commercial real estate in the region.
