Cairo Ad School Receives Prestigious IAA Accreditation, Sets New Milestone for Advertising Education: Cairo Ad School has achieved a landmark milestone in advertising education after receiving accreditation from the International Advertising Association (IAA), becoming the first occupational, non-degree advertising education institute in the Middle East, North Africa, and Africa (MENA) to earn the internationally recognized distinction.

The accreditation also places the institution among a select group of advertising schools worldwide. According to Enas Reshwan, Founder of Cairo Ad School, the institute is only the second occupational, non-degree advertising education institution globally to receive IAA accreditation and the first outside Asia.

Established 13 years ago, Cairo Ad School was created with a singular focus on advertising education. Unlike traditional universities or departments within larger academic institutions, the school specializes exclusively in advertising, offering industry-focused training designed to prepare students for professional careers from the outset.

The International Advertising Association’s accreditation process evaluates institutions on several key criteria, including program quality, practical industry application, curriculum relevance, the expertise of mentors and instructors, and the career outcomes of graduates. Successfully meeting these standards demonstrates the school’s commitment to delivering education that aligns with the evolving needs of the global advertising and marketing communications industry.

Announcing the achievement, Enas Reshwan highlighted that the recognition reflects years of dedication by educators, mentors, and industry professionals who have contributed to building a high-quality learning environment.

“This accreditation belongs to every industry mentor who has been part of this journey,” Reshwan said. “The standard was always here. Now the world has a name for it.”

The recognition is expected to strengthen Cairo Ad School’s international reputation while opening new opportunities for collaboration with advertising agencies, creative professionals, and educational institutions worldwide. It also reinforces Egypt’s growing role as a regional hub for creative industries and professional education.

As the advertising industry continues to evolve through digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and changing consumer behavior, internationally accredited professional training institutions are becoming increasingly important in preparing creative talent with practical, industry-ready skills.

The IAA accreditation marks a significant achievement not only for Cairo Ad School but also for the broader advertising and communications sector across the Middle East and Africa, setting a new benchmark for specialized advertising education in the region.
