Circle K Ireland has won the “Best Customer Loyalty Programme” at the 2025 Customer Experience Awards, a recognition that highlights the strong performance of the Circle K Extra loyalty platform. These prestigious awards attract leading brands from every major sector in Ireland.
Circle K Extra stands out as a mobile-first digital rewards programme built on three customer-centric pillars. The platform delivers personalised rewards based on real consumer behaviour and communicates directly through the app, ensuring relevance and ease of access.

In collaboration with PDI Technologies, Circle K Ireland enhanced its programme’s design by utilising the same core loyalty platform while making the transition effortless for users. Existing members experienced minimal friction, as they simply updated the Circle K app to unlock benefits such as tiered fuel discounts, free coffee and car washes, and exclusive in-store offers.
