Monks Appoints Nirvik Singh as CEO of EMEA Marketing Services: S4Capital’s Monks has appointed Nirvik Singh as CEO of EMEA Marketing Services, effective October 1, 2026, bringing an experienced global marketing executive into a key regional leadership role as the company looks to accelerate growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Singh joined the S4Capital Board of Directors as an independent Non-Executive Director in May 2025. With his new appointment, he will step away from the board and move into an executive role leading Monks’ EMEA marketing services business.
In his new position, Singh will work closely with Alex Oberberg, Chief Revenue Officer EMEA, and Monks’ country managing directors across the region. He will report directly to Bruno Lambertini, CEO of Monks, Marketing Services.
Singh will oversee a broad range of capabilities, bringing together brand strategy, creative, content, media and data under Monks’ unitary operating model. The company says the goal is to make its operations more integrated and responsive as clients look for faster and more connected marketing solutions.
Singh brings more than 35 years of experience in marketing, communications and business leadership across five continents. Before joining Monks’ leadership team, he served as Global Chief Operating Officer and President International at Grey Group, where he oversaw operations across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
During his career, Singh has worked with major international brands including Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, Volvo, BAT and Haleon. His experience spans creative strategy, technology, business operations and managing complex international markets.
Commenting on the appointment, Bruno Lambertini said Singh’s experience and understanding of Monks’ business make him well suited to lead the company’s next phase in EMEA.
“Nirvik’s appointment marks an exciting milestone for Monks as enterprise CMOs increasingly move away from the fragmented rosters, conflicting incentives, and slow cycles of legacy holding companies,” Lambertini said. He added that brands increasingly need partners capable of bringing creative, media and technology together and responding quickly to changes in culture.
Singh said marketers are facing a difficult balancing act, with pressure to control costs while continuing to produce distinctive creative work and deliver measurable business results.
“Marketers today face an acute tension: they need operational efficiency under tight budgets, but cannot compromise on brand craft, distinction, and measurable growth,” Singh said.
He added that Monks’ integrated model, combined with creative capabilities, real-time media intelligence and enterprise AI, provides an opportunity to address that challenge.
Monks expects Singh’s leadership to support an expansion across EMEA through 2027, with the company focusing on new enterprise partnerships and the wider rollout of Monks.Flow, its proprietary AI and workflow platform.
The platform is designed to bring real-time media intelligence, human oversight of creative work and automated content orchestration deeper into client operations. Monks says the broader ambition is to help global brands work faster while maintaining creative quality, cultural relevance and measurable commercial impact.
With Singh taking over the EMEA Marketing Services business on October 1, Monks is placing an executive with extensive international agency experience at the centre of its efforts to build a more unified marketing operation across one of the world’s most diverse regions.
