Burger King Goes Galactic with Limited-Time Menu Inspired by The Mandalorian and Grogu: Burger King has unveiled an “out of this galaxy” limited-time menu inspired by the highly anticipated upcoming film Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu. Set to hit theaters on May 22, the movie has already ignited excitement among fans, and Burger King is tapping into that momentum with a themed culinary experience launching nationwide in the United States.

Beginning May 4 — celebrated globally as Star Wars Day — participating Burger King outlets will introduce a lineup of specially crafted menu items, blending the brand’s signature flame-grilled flavors with the beloved universe of Star Wars.

At the center of the launch is the BBQ Bounty Whopper®, a flame-grilled quarter-pound beef burger served in a distinctive helmet-shaped carton inspired by the iconic bounty hunter The Mandalorian. The burger is layered with Swiss cheese, crispy pickle chips, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and finished with a creamy Bounty BBQ sauce.

Fans of Grogu — popularly known as “Baby Yoda” — will find plenty to enjoy as well. The Grogu’s Blue Cookie Shake features a vibrant blend of soft serve and blue sugar cookie syrup, topped with the character’s favorite blue cookies. Meanwhile, Grogu’s Garlic Chicken Fries bring together crispy white meat chicken seasoned with parmesan and garlic, served with a savory dipping sauce in themed packaging.

Rounding out the menu are Imperial Cheddar Ranch Tots, combining crispy potato bites stuffed with melted cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning, presented in packaging inspired by the Galactic Empire.

To elevate the experience, Burger King is also offering four collectible cups tied to select meal purchases, including the Bounty Bundle and combo options. The initiative highlights the brand’s focus on creating immersive, collectible-driven dining experiences that extend beyond the plate.

“Star Wars has shaped generations of fans, and as we head into the release of The Mandalorian and Grogu, we saw an opportunity to bring that excitement straight into our restaurants,” said Joel Yashinsky, Chief Marketing Officer of Burger King U.S. & Canada. “From themed packaging to bold, flavor-forward menu items, this is our way of celebrating an iconic new film with the iconic flame-grilled taste only Burger King can deliver.”

The campaign also caters to younger audiences. Starting April 28, the Mandalorian and Grogu King Jr.® Meal will be available, offering a choice of hamburger or nuggets, paired with apple sauce, fries, and a beverage, along with a themed toy designed to engage the next generation of fans.

Echoing the collaborative spirit, Jan Coleman, Vice President of Partnerships and Promotions at The Walt Disney Studios, emphasized the cultural significance of the franchise. “Star Wars has always been about bringing generations of fans together. Partnering with Burger King allows us to deliver a fun and delicious way for families to connect with the excitement of the galaxy,” she noted.

Guests can access the themed menu through BK.com, the Burger King app, or at participating locations across the U.S., while supplies last.

With cinematic storytelling meeting culinary creativity, Burger King’s latest campaign underscores how global brands continue to leverage blockbuster entertainment to create memorable, multi-sensory consumer experiences.
