M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Middle East has announced the appointment of two senior leaders to its growing team. Danielle McEwan joins as Marketing Director, while Victor Sharp takes on the role of Social Media Director, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to deepening its expertise across sport, entertainment, and culture.

The appointments come at a time of strong regional growth for the agency, reflecting its strategy to elevate capabilities in integrated marketing, experiential campaigns, and digital storytelling.

McEwan brings over 16 years of experience spanning the UAE, wider GCC, and the UK. Previously with Wasserman, she has built a reputation for delivering high-impact brand strategies and partnerships. Her portfolio includes collaborations with major institutions and brands such as Middle East International Film Festival, Mubadala, Abu Dhabi Media Company, Emirates Global Aluminium, Audi, and BMW. Known for her strategic clarity and experiential expertise, McEwan is expected to further enhance the agency’s marketing offering.

Sharp, who joins after seven years with adidas, brings strong credentials in social and cultural communications. His experience spans Europe and the Middle East, where he has led brand storytelling initiatives and built centralized social and PR networks across multiple markets.

Commenting on the appointments, Lloyd McMillan, Managing Director of the agency, emphasized the importance of leadership excellence in driving client success. He noted that both McEwan and Sharp bring a blend of strategic thinking and executional strength aligned with the agency’s future direction.

McEwan expressed enthusiasm about returning to a region that has shaped much of her career, highlighting the rapid growth across sport, entertainment, and culture in the GCC.
