Omnicom Media Launches Hearts United, New Global Media Agency Combining Hearts & Science and Mediahub: Omnicom Media, an Omnicom connected capability, has officially launched Hearts United, a new global media agency created through the combination of its Hearts & Science and Mediahub networks.

The new agency brings together two high-growth challenger organizations with complementary capabilities, cultures and geographic strengths. Hearts United is designed to help ambitious brands navigate an increasingly complex media landscape in which influence moves continuously across platforms, creators, communities, commerce and artificial intelligence.

Built Around Client Growth

According to Omnicom Media CEO Florian Adamski, the combination brings together distinct strengths from both organizations.

“Hearts & Science helped pioneer data-driven decision-making, while Mediahub broke new ground by proving media could serve as a creative platform,” Adamski said. “In bringing them together as Hearts United, we have created a new globally scaled network built from complementary strengths, approaches and footprints, and grounded in the shared principle of putting client growth at the heart of every decision.”

Hearts United launches with operations across 40 markets and approximately $9.1 billion in 2025 billings, following sustained growth at both predecessor organizations.

Between 2021 and 2025, Hearts & Science increased its billings by 50%, while Mediahub recorded 33% growth. That momentum has continued into 2026, giving Hearts United a strong position as it begins operating as a unified global agency.

Strong New Business Momentum

The newly formed agency is also entering the market with a strong new-business track record.

According to COMvergence real-time dashboards, Hearts United currently ranks No. 1 in the United States year-to-date in total new business, based on wins minus losses, including retentions. It ranks No. 3 globally and in EMEA, outperforming agencies that are as much as three times its size.

The performance underscores the growth momentum of both Hearts & Science and Mediahub and provides a strong foundation for the newly combined organization.

Four Principles at the Core

Hearts United will operate around four central principles designed to address the changing media and marketing environment.

Outcomes-oriented: The agency plans to evolve its commercial model so that its success is connected directly to client growth, embedding greater accountability into its operating structure.

Predictive by design: Artificial intelligence will be integrated into workflows and the operating model to increase capacity, strengthen human decision-making and allow employees to focus more time on higher-value strategic challenges.

Ecosystem mastery: Rather than treating media channels as isolated choices, Hearts United will plan across the broader ecosystem of platforms, communities, creators and commerce environments where attention and influence increasingly move.

Focused and senior-led: Expert teams will work as extensions of clients’ organizations, reducing silos and unnecessary handoffs while providing senior-level guidance and diverse expertise.

Combining Challenger Agility With Global Scale

As part of Omnicom Media, Hearts United will have access to the resources and capabilities of the world’s largest global media network, including extensive scale, data and technology, identity, commerce capabilities and talent.

The new agency joins Omnicom Media’s existing global media agency portfolio, which includes OMD, Initiative, PHD and UM.

The combination is intended to give Hearts United the entrepreneurial speed and agility associated with challenger agencies while providing clients with the infrastructure and resources of a major global media network.

Leadership Across Key Markets

Hearts United will be led in the United States by Nicole Estebanell, who previously served as CEO of Mediahub U.S.

In EMEA, the agency will be led by Ross Jenkins, who previously headed Mediahub across the region.

Both executives bring experience in scaling high-growth organizations while maintaining the entrepreneurial cultures and close client relationships that contributed to their respective networks’ growth.

Leadership appointments for APAC and LATAM are expected to be announced in the fourth quarter.

Part of Omnicom Media’s Broader Growth

Hearts United launches at a particularly strong moment for Omnicom Media.

The group has recorded the best 2026 year-to-date total new-business performance among global media groups, including approximately $4.1 billion in new client billings.

Recent wins contributing to that performance include major global brands such as Adidas, Delta, Dyson, IBM, Mark Anthony Brands, Novo Nordisk, On and Subway.

The launch of Hearts United therefore represents both a significant organizational combination and another step in Omnicom Media’s strategy to strengthen its position in a rapidly changing global media industry.

Designed for an AI-Mediated Media World

Hearts United describes its mission around the idea that growth requires motion—recognizing that consumers increasingly move fluidly between platforms, creators, communities, commerce environments and AI-powered experiences.

The agency combines media, data, technology, creativity and commerce with the goal of helping brands identify opportunities that competitors may overlook and quickly turn insights into action.

Its broader ambition is to help brands become more attention-worthy, crave-worthy and shop-worthy in an increasingly AI-mediated world.

With operations in 40 markets, billions of dollars in billings and a leadership team drawn from two successful challenger networks, Hearts United begins its global journey positioned at the intersection of media innovation, artificial intelligence, creativity and measurable business growth.
